A 360° record of the 46㎡ Type A interior at Lotte Castle de Mer, a high-rise residential tower in Busan’s North Port redevelopment zone, turned into a web VR tour. It’s the smallest of the three types, and you can see its no-frills, studio-style layout exactly as it is.

Where it’s used
A model house is demolished once the sales period ends, but a 360 VR record lets buyers and future residents check the same space whenever they like. It also shows buyers who can’t visit the real size and flow of the space — something drawings and photos alone can’t convey.
