A 360° record of the 90㎡ Type A interior at Lotte Castle de Mer, a high-rise residential tower in Busan’s North Port redevelopment zone, turned into a web VR tour. It’s the largest of the three types, and you can see exactly how the hallway splits in two with three rooms laid out along it.

Where it’s used
A model house is demolished once the sales period ends, but a 360 VR record lets buyers and future residents check the same space whenever they like. It also shows buyers who can’t visit the real size and flow of the space — something drawings and photos alone can’t convey.
