It comes down to one question: do you need to measure? If you only need to look around, go with 360VR. If you need to check dimensions, 3DVR. If you need image quality close to the real thing, Gaussian splatting. Tell us what the site is for and roughly how large it is, and we'll recommend one at the consultation stage. We never suggest a method you don't need.

It depends on the method, the size of the space and the number of capture points. Even at the same size, a more complex layout needs more points. Get in touch, and we'll check the site conditions and send you a quote.

Production takes longer than the shoot itself. Gaussian splatting needs heavy computation, so it takes the longest of the three. If you're working to a deadline, mention it when we talk and we'll confirm up front whether we can meet it.

It depends on the format and how it was captured. Tell us what files you have and we'll check whether they'll work. Sometimes there's no need to reshoot.

A link. It opens right in the browser, and you can pass it straight on to anyone. If you'd rather upload and manage content yourselves, we'll open an account for you.

With 3DVR and Gaussian splatting, yes. The space is built with real coordinates, so you can measure lengths and areas right on screen. 360VR stitches photos together, so it can't measure.

360VR opens smoothly even on older phones. 3DVR and Gaussian splatting render in 3D, so they depend a little more on the device. Tell us which devices your team will mostly use, and we'll build for them.

A method that rebuilds a space from hundreds of photos as a distribution of light. Unlike traditional methods that carve out geometry, it keeps things with soft edges, such as glass, reflections and leaves, close to how they really look. The VR built and runs its own editing and viewer engine for it.

Yes. Annotated points, floor plans and on-screen notes can all be edited later. If the space itself has changed, we reshoot just that part and update it.

It depends on your contract. For material that needs to be kept for a long time, such as completion records, let's agree on terms separately. We'll put the storage method and period in writing.
