We modeled one Emotion Blanc floorboard from Dongwha Natural Maru in 3D at its real proportions, so you can turn it from surface to cross-section and see how it is built. Instead of the cutaway drawing printed in a catalog, it works as if you were holding the board in your hands and flipping it over.
Four layers to explore
- Special embossed layer — a low-pressure mirror-emboss press that creates the surface texture

How to view it

Where it’s used
Photos alone struggle to show a floor’s texture and how its joints fit together. Model one board in 3D and it works as is on dealer consultation screens, online catalogs and trade-show kiosks. With notes attached to each layer, customers tap through and understand what a sales rep would otherwise have to explain.
